Hi, my name is Paula Allen. Originally born in San Diego, CA, but have been raised in Middletown, PA. I have 23 years’ experience doing hair. I graduated from Empire Beauty School in 1997. I also have my Bachelor Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Application Development; I graduated from Central Penn College in December of 2017. I love building strong connections with my clients and helping them express their personalities through their appearance!
